The chat assistant

The website's chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies to your questions. You can choose to share your contact information and details about the work you need so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call.

Your chat messages and any details you provide are kept by us and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing. They are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system.

Your honest reviews

These terms do not prohibit or penalize you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. You will not face physical threats, intimidation, disclosure of embarrassing information, groundless legal threats, lawsuits we do not intend to file, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations from us to prevent your review or make you remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements. We do not offer incentives for reviews on this site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Massachusetts law. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
